The ostrich bowl is so named because it is made entirely from ostrich eggshell. Tan shell, in a crackled texture, is added to the inside, with our Tankwa design on the outside. A friendly little bowl that started out on the plains of the Karoo.
Half of an ostrich egg (unfertilised) overlaid with eggshell on the outside and inside. Flat base for display. Not suitable for the service of snacks or food.
