This is the international online store for AVOOVA and all delivery destinations will be charged in US Dollars (USD). The currency converter indicates the approximate value of the items in Euros or Great British Pounds (GBP) – but these are approximate values only and subject to constant fluctuation.

FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CUSTOMERS

Customers based in South Africa and wishing to arrange delivery in South Africa or internationally must contact AVOOVA Head Office Tel +27 (0)21 422 1620 or info@avoova.com for information on prices, delivery charges and payment details.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

USD prices include delivery charges for all orders over %100 to address provided* but exclude local duties or taxes (if applicable). We are unable to give advice on any local duties or taxes and AVOOVA is not liable for these costs.

DELIVERY TIME

All prices include free shipping and delivery*. To ensure reasonable courier charges we make use of the post office courier service and therefore cannot guarantee exact date of delivery, however orders are usually delivered to international destinations within 10-15 working days of dispatch.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1 working day and handed over to a courier company for delivery door to door. Should you require an express delivery please contact us before placing your order.

  • Orders received over the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
  • Items which we have in stock will be shipped from our fulfilment centre in Cape Town via courier to arrive within 10-15 working days** from receipt of payment.
  • We are unable deliver to PO Boxes.
CORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to supply full and accurate delivery instructions including a contact number. Additional charges may be levied if an item is returned due to insufficient or inaccurate delivery details.

We endeavour to have all displayed items in stock at all times, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a delay in updating the stock levels on our website. Should an item you have ordered not be in stock, you will be contacted by our online team. Items which are not in stock may soon become available, however if you do not wish to wait we will offer you your choice of another product or a full refund. If someone else at your delivery address has signed for your delivery we will not be held responsible should you then advise that you have not received the goods.

*Prices include delivery charges to most countries, but where the address is located in a more a remote location/country, additional charges may be necessary and the customer will be advised accordingly within 3 days of placing order.
**Outlying and regional areas may incur an additional 3-5 days in transit. Heavier or more bulky items may take longer in transit.
