1. CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Yes, you can. To place an order by phone please call our team at +27 (0) 67 688 0356 from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm (South African Time). *Accepts WhatsApp

2. DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

Yes, we have two stores in South Africa. Our Cape Town store is at the V&A Waterfront Alfred Mall and carries the widest range of stock, our smaller store is located in the town of Prince Albert in the Karoo. Please visit our Contact Us page for further store details.

3. CORPORATE GIFTS

4. DO THINGS SELL OUT?

Yes. All our products are handmade, and stock may be limited.

5. HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH ITEMS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

Once payment has cleared with the bank, all orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, to arrive with most SA customers within 7-10 working days (please allow up to 15 working days at busier periods such as Christmas). For international shoppers, please allow 21-30 working days for delivery.

6. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice (as per our Terms and Conditions) up to 72 hours after you’ve received your order.
Please note, any goods made to a customer’s own specifications, made to measure or personalised items are produced only upon request and confirmation of the order, and in such instances cancellation of the order will not be possible.

7. CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?

If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact our online team who will be able to assist. We are happy to help with all requests, no matter how big or small. Just email sales@avoova.com. We can also arrange bespoke items if a suitable piece cannot be found.

8. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?

All AVOOVA products are ribboned and wrapped in AVOOVA’s white and turquoise tissue paper. When appropriate the item is placed in a gift box, and each piece is accompanied by “care and maintenance” advice and a brief summary of AVOOVA’s story.

9. WHO IS PLATANDIA AND WHY IS MY ORDER NOT PLACED WITH AVOOVA DIRECTLY?

AVOOVA – the brand name and the products – is owned, by PLATANDIA JEWELLERY COLLECTION CC. It is the same company.

10. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept card payments via the secure payment Gateway Payfast /YOCO up to the amount of R50 000. We, unfortunately, do not accept AMEX. For SA residents payments can be made by EFT. Contact us at sales@avoova.com for further details.
